(March 7, 2007) What happens to faculty who are desperate to become administrators?, part 3 “Rod is gone again today, no explanation, no word as to why. He spends most of each Friday doing Lion's Club work and generally away from campus. Had Wanda calling on Lion's Club business this week. Has had her and student workers doing Lion's Club work while paid by university. He also does not complete Permission to Travel forms often until after he returns from a trip. Some seem to have to comply with rules and others do not.

(March 5, 2007) What happens to faculty who are desperate to become administrators? Let me provide an example. Dr. Stan Lewis, current Director of School of Accounting and Information Systems (SAIS), sent me an email on July 31, 2004. In it, Dr. Lewis said,“USM is as bad as I have ever seen a university. I grew up in a university life and have been around many through the years. But at present USM is at the top of the list of universities that present evidence of "What not to do." No ethics, no integrity, no honesty, no morals, no character [well except negative], and an organization that believes it is always right andabove the law. USM = Nixon”

The only university to ever lose it; how ironic if they lose it again. RP and HoDo couldn't motivate a desperate cat in a wet cardboard box. Both are in the admin. jobs only for what they can get out of it.

(April 2, 2007) What happens to faculty who are desperate to become administrators?, part 5 He knows AACSB is gone, even Rod has reached a breaking point in dealing with Harold [Doty], he knows Doty is leaving, his health has again declined, Lula has finally convienced him to stop playing "Jerry Morgan" and step down, Doty has forced him out over what constitutes AQ faculty in both ACC and MIS, even though I have yet to see anything that looks like a CoB statement on the topic but only hear HoDo [Harold Doty] say 3 in 5 years and thenread the standards that contridict that statement.
