about the prominent role being played in various meetings by associate professor of management Jon Carr. The
author of the "Backstop . . ." report on Mark Klinedinst's partipation in the "Black Tuesday" meeting has put together
a story on Carr's participation in the events surrounding the plagiarism allegations involving Central Missouri State
University's AQ/PQ definitions and other items...".

department selected the committee governance option that includes the chair, George Carter. The other members
elected to that committee governance model are Mark Klinedinst and James Lindley.
