(September 19, 2008) Perks for Buds XVIII Musical Professorships – Real Estate The Parham Bridges Real Estate
Professorship, or Real Estate Chair, or Real Estate Fund; it has been so long since anyone has seen evidence of its
existence that it is believed to be missing or abducted. The CoB and USM do not have nearly enough resources for that to
happen. This money has been rumored for years to have been used for non-real estate purposes under the
Gunther-Niroomand and Doty-Niroomand years.
