employed his wife, Susan, as the lead economics education provider within the CoB’s Bureau of Business and
Economic Research (BBER). Harold Doty (shown below) currently earns a salary of $153,924 as Dean of the CoB.

USMPRIDE.COM have obtained an important piece of information regarding CoB Associate Dean Farhang
Niroomand that relates to the formal Grievance filed by economics professor Franklin Mixon. Mixon’s
Grievance, which is available on this website, lists a number of examples of the harassment and retaliation that
he has encountered at the hands of CoB administrators since speaking out about some questionable
administrative practices in the CoB.

a group of people who are more disgusted by CoB Dean Harold Doty’s daily antics than the Dean’s Office staff.
The CoB is really between a rock and a hard place with its management team. It’s really fortunate that AACSB is
the relative weakling that it is, otherwise we’d be looking down the barrel of some type of receivership situation.
