As indicated above, St. John alleges that Doty and UTT business school associate dean Mary Fischer asked, in June-2010, St. John “to falsify documentation to award dean Doty’s daughter an Accounting Degree without proper coursework.” St. John adds that she refused to do so, and in September-2010 she reported this potential violation in Texas law to UTT’s president, Rodney Mabry. (September 23, 2011) Dear usmnews.net, I have no doubt that many of us who date back to Doty's days at the College of Business at USM read the recent report about Doty's most recent foray into litigation at UT-T with considerable chagrin.

(September 26, 2011) Special Report Series The Forlorn Ultimatum Former CoB Dean in Hot Water Once Again PART 3 According to St. John’s complaint (relevant portion inserted above), Doty promised to make St. John both a part-time faculty member and part-time advisor after she became pregnant, but that promise was never honored. (Note: University of Texas-Tyler has denied the allegations of the Complaint.)
