BUSINESS, CURRENT DEAN, UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT
TYLER
(September 8, 2006) Quotable Doty 4th Edition: Underfunded Centers and Full Time Fundraisers "Soon after
Frank Pickering was run out of USM, the College of Business and Economic Development (CBED) got its present
"development officer", the administrator buzzword for fundraiser, Emile Dieth. In the press release announcing
Dieth's hiring, CBED Dean Harold Doty gave glowing praise for Dieth...".
(September 8, 2006) Doty Did What??? "Soon after Harold Doty's arrival at USM, he began to dismantle the last

was commandeered by Doty for the purpose. Why didn't USM have interview space for students and companies
already? It did!...".
